Enjoy the little things

«Disfruta de las pequeñas cosas porque tal vez un día vuelvas la vista atrás y te des cuenta de que eran las más grandes». Esta frase de Robert Brault (no me voy a asignar su autoría porque estaría mintiendo) me encanta, y la primera vez que la leí me hizo reflexionar mucho porque, pensad una cosa, el día a día lo conforman un sinfín de pequeños detalles (rutinas, obligaciones, compromisos, nada del otro mundo) que no podemos eludir. La actitud y la forma que tengamos de realizarlos o afrontarlos es fundamental. Disfrutar de una fiesta o de un viaje es muy fácil pero tened en cuenta que son momentos muy concretos en nuestra vida, limitándonos a «ser felices» en muy pocas ocasiones. En el día a día ya resulta más difícil, verdad? Pues hay que conseguirlo!

Yo me lo he propuesto y estoy segura de que no sólo yo seré más feliz sino también los que me rodean. Y eso es importante.

Por ejemplo, el día que hice estas fotos pasé un rato super agradable con mi gran amiga Lourdes Roig, del www.elrinconderaspa.com. No hicimos nada especial, simplemente nos tomamos una coca cola e hicimos las fotos. Sin embargo lo disfruté un montón.

Hoy me he puesto profunda, lo sé, pero me apetecía compartir con vosotr@s este pensamiento.

Y ahora, a disfrutar del finde! Que todo nos lo merecemos!

Enjoy the little things because maybe one day you’ll look back and realize they were the biggest.» This sentence of Robert Brault (I am not going to sign his authorship because I would be lying) I love it, and the first time I read it made me think a lot because,  day by day are made by lots of small details , obligations, commitments, nothing nothing really important that we can not elude. The attitude and the way we have to carry them out or face them is fundamental. enjoy a party, or a trip is very easy but keep in mind that they are very concrete moments in our life. Day to day it is more difficult, right? Well you have to get it!

I have proposed it and I am sure that not only I will be happier but also those around me. And that is so important.

For example, the day I took these pictures I spent a very pleasant time with my great friend Lourdes Roig, from www.elrinconderaspa.com. We did not do anything special, we just drank a coke and took these photos. However I enjoyed it a lot.
