Sorprendente. Así definiría el Restaurante Fuego. Me encantó! La comida, la decoración, la atención… TODO!
Cómo sabéis, me gusta mucho la decoración y, obviamente, esto fue lo primero que captó mi atención al entrar en el restaurante. El espacio, muy elegante y acogedor, ha sido concebido reproduciendo una casa del siglo XIX de la campiña francesa.
Como podéis ver en alguna de las fotos que os incluyo, la cocina vista de leña ofrece una oportunidad maravillosa para observar el movimiento de las llamas del fuego y cómo trabajan los cocineros con él. Y es que son el fuego, las brasas, la parrilla y el humo los verdaderos protagonistas de este restaurante, dándole un sabor espectacular a los alimentos, estando presentes en todos y cada uno de los platos que degustamos.
El Restaurante Fuego pertenece al grupo de Los 4 Elementos. Aire, el primer restaurante del grupo, se encuentra especializado en aves y estoy deseando probarlo.
Estos son los platos que pudimos degustar y que por supuesto, os recomiendo:
REMOJÓN ANDALUZ A LA BRASA (Ensalada de bacalao, naranja, pimiento asado, lechuga a la brasa…..).
OSTRA AHUMADA EN FRIO,CITRICOS, MANZANA E HINOJO
CARABINEROS AL HUMO DE HENO, SU CABEZA A LA BRASA, GRANIZADO DE AMONTILLADO, AJOBLANCO Y ANISADOS
TORTILLA DE PATATA , TXANGURRO Y HUMO
PULPO AL FUEGO, PATATA ASADA REVOLCONA, HUEVO ORGÁNICO Y MIGAS MARINAS (mi preferido!)
TARTA DE CHOCOLATE AL HUMO
Suena bien, verdad? Pues aún sabe mejor!!
Y también que sepáis que, para este verano, Fuego cuenta con una terraza super bonita, ideal para estos días en los que el calor ya está haciendo estragos… Es perfecto tanto para ir con tu pareja o con amigos… no os lo podéis perder!

Surprising. That´s how I would define Fuego restaurant. I loved it! The food, the decor, the attention … EVERYTHING!
As you know, I really like decor and obviously this was the first thing that caught my attention when I entered into the restaurant. The space, very elegant and cozy, has been conceived reproducing a house of the XIX century of the French countryside.
As you can see in some of the photos that I include, the firewood kitchen offers a wonderful opportunity to observe the movement of the flames and how the cooks work with it. And the fire, the embers, the grill and the smoke are the real protagonists of this restaurant, giving a spectacular flavor to the food, and that is why they are present in each and every one of the dishes that our group tasted.
Fuego Restaurant belongs to the Grupo de Los 4 Elementos. Aire, the group’s first restaurant, is specialized in birds and I’m looking forward to trying it.
These are the dishes that we could taste and of course, I recommend you:
REMOJÓN ANDALUZ A LA BRASA (Cod salad, orange, roasted pepper, grilled lettuce …..).
OIL SMOKED IN COLD, CITRUS, APPLE AND FENNEL
CARACTERISTS TO HONEY SMOKE, HIS HEAD TO BRASS, AMONTILLADO GRANIZADO, AJOBLANCO AND ANISADOS
POTATO TORTILLA, TXANGURRO AND SMOKE
PULPO AL FIRE, POTATO ROAST REVOLCONA, EGG ORGANIC AND MARINE MIGAS (my favorite!)
SMOKE CHOCOLATE TART
Sounds good? Tastes better!
And I also comment you that, for this summer, Fuego has a super nice terrace, ideal for these days when the heat is already raging …
So much to go with your partner or with friends … you can not miss it!

¡Vaya, María! Menuda carta tiene este restaurante. La verdad es q ese pulpo nos está llamando a gritos, no me extraña q sea tu preferido. Gracias por tu sugerencia!
