Positive vibes

Hoy quería compartir con vosotros unos consejos que escuché la semana pasada de un gran coacher, Victor Küppers, y que me han hecho pensar bastante durante los últimos días. Creo que son aplicables a la vida de cada uno de nosotros y por eso, os los quería comentar.

Chic@s, es verdad que no podemos cambiar las cosas malas que nos ocurren, la vida a veces golpea duro y eso no lo podemos evitar… Lo que sí depende de nosotros es la actitud con la que afrontamos el golpe. Una actitud positiva y proactiva siempre va a hacer las cosas más llevaderas.

Y a su vez, hay que ponderar bien los malos momentos… no todo son circunstancias insalvables. Hay que saber distinguir los verdaderos problemas de lo que Victor Küppers llama acertadamente, «situaciones adversas a resolver». Es fundamental ponderar bien las cosas y darles su verdadera importancia.

Por eso he querido llamar a este post Positive Vibes… Hay que ser positivos, chic@s!. No busquemos problemas donde no los hay, que ya vendrán solitos… y cuando éstos vengan… actitud positiva, siempre!.

Estas fotos me han encantado. Carlos M. Martínez ha sabido dotarlas de una luz y dinamismo increíbles. Tengo que deciros que, en cuanto las ví, me contagié de una alegría y fuerza arrebatadora.

Today I wanted to share with you some tips I heard last week from a great coacher, Victor Küppers, and that have made me think a lot during the last few days. I think they are applicable to each one of us and for that reason, I wanted to comment on them.

It is true that we can not change bad things that happen to us, life sometimes hit hard and that we can not change it… But what is up to us is the attitude with which we face the coup. A positive and proactive attitude will always make things easier.

And we all have to ponder things … not everything is a problem. We must be able to distinguish the real problems from what Victor Küppers aptly calls adverse situations to be solved. It is important to weigh things down and give them their true importance.

So, that´s the reason I wanted to call this post positive bives … you have to be positive!! Do not look for problems where there are not cause they will come alone … and when this will happen … positive attitude, always!

These photos have enchanted me, Carlos M. Martinez has known to lend them of an incredible light and dynamism. I have to tell you that as soon as I saw them, I was infected with an incredible joy and strength.
